We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and leading a team of skilled professionals. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for the wellness industry.
Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
* Supervise and lead a team of therapists, aestheticians, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Oversee retail management, including merchandising and inventory control to maximise sales opportunities.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and products effectively.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the facility.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
* Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
* Manage scheduling and time management for staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Skills
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
* Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams effectively.
