If you are passionate about insights & using them to drive eCommerce decisions, we are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join the team who can align their knowledge of data science & analytics with commercial insights!
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
Focus on our Shoppers & the Assortment they engage with, establishing & driving through a strategy for understanding them better through LEGO Retail focused Decision Science & aligning to TLG innovations.
Utilize your analytics skills, collaborate with team members & wider data analysis network to deliver the strategy efficiently.
Combine data science techniques, commercial knowledge & data analysis skills with those across the team & other analytical functions to create a holistic view of performance & identify opportunities to optimize.
Work collaboratively across commercial, engagement & data science teams to foster a culture of change where recommendations lead to action.
Your primary focus will be on long-term insights & analytics but also supporting marketing events, reporting on real-time performance & identifying areas for optimization (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
Proactively identify gaps in understanding across the shopper’s purchase journey & drive changes in data analysis & insights to better understand the business.
Continuously drive innovation within the team & across analytics functions to improve shopper insights.

Understanding shopper behaviors and informing decisions with insights will be key. As part of the Trading Optimization team, you will be instrumental in transforming how we view our shoppers for the future.
Do you have what it takes?
* An excellent storyteller with experience in data analysis, preferably from an eCommerce insights team or similar.
* A strong track record of identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
* Experience turning data into insights to drive decisions, with a bias for action.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of data structures and ability to derive meaning from large, unconnected data sets.
* Experience with Big Data platforms, web analytics, SQL, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
* Knowledge of models like MTA, MMM, CLTV, segmentation, and behavioral profiling is beneficial.
* Analytics engineering experience is a plus.
