What will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
* Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed
* Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction
* Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service reviews meetings
* Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships
* Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers
* Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio's services and vendor partnerships
* Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities
* Build relationships within partner community
* Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met
* Managing deal registrations and writing business justifications
* Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an organised and personable individual:
* Must have minimum 2 years' experience in similar customer facing role
* Exerts attention to detail
* Passion to learn, collaborate with colleagues and embrace the family culture
* High motivation and ambition to build a fulfilling career
* Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver results
* Must possess good organisational skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
