Title: Community Manager
Main Responsibilities: Creative Influencer Partnerships Coordinator & Community Engagement Specialist
Scope of the Role:
Influencer Partnerships & Collaborations
* Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with Miista’s brand identity and values.
* Identify and build relationships with key creative influencers directly from the brand’s social platforms, fostering long-term brand advocacy.
* Propose innovative collaboration formats, including exclusive content, ambassador programs, and experiential partnerships, to the Marketing Team and Creative Director.
* Manage influencer outreach, gifting strategies, and oversee product send-outs and placement tracking, ensuring impactful engagement and UGC content that can be used on the brand’s social platforms..
Community Engagement & Events
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts that position Miista as an industry leader in creativity and storytelling, ensuring every event reflects the brand's ethos and community-focused values.
* Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, stylists, press representatives, and brand ambassadors, ensuring their active involvement and engagement at events.
* Oversee event execution, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees, from influencers and press to internal teams, fostering a sense of community and alignment with the brand’s values.
* Leverage events as a storytelling tool across social media, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement, while cultivating a sense of connection and excitement among attendees, encouraging them to share their experiences.
* Track and analyze attendee engagement during and after events to continuously refine future event strategies and improve community outreach.
* Act as the point of contact for event attendees, ensuring their experience reflects Miista’s commitment to creativity and connection, while fostering a loyal community that continues to engage with the brand.
Social Media & Content Strategy
* Support the Marketing team by participating in a structured posting schedule and community interaction on Instagram and TikTok.
* Ensure a strong and consistent brand voice across all marketing messages.
* Press & Brand Visibility
* Support media outreach efforts by ensuring talent-led campaigns are positioned for strong PR opportunities.
* Collaborate with the PR team to maximize brand visibility through stylist relationships, actively participating in a schedule of in-person appointments.
