An established and trusted civil engineering and transport planning consultancy in London is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their growing team of 10. With a strong presence in the residential market, this is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in an established civils team.

What You'll Do
You will be the technical lead on residential sector projects, ranging from small to large-scale housing developments. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering flood risk advice to support planning applications (FRA preparation)
* Designing strategic highways and drainage infrastructure
* Preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
* Utilising Civil 3D, Site 3D, and Causeway Flow
* Designing and submitting SuDS schemes for adoption and/or long-term maintenance
What You'll Need
* A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in the design and delivery of residential infrastructure projects
* Strong skills in Causeway Flow, Civil 3D, and Site 3D
* Ability to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and work independently
* Experience with flood risk assessments and sustainable drainage systems
* 24 days holiday (increases annually after 3 years) + bank holidays
