We are looking for an organised, proactive Telemarketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing Fire, Security and Solar PV team. This is a key role responsible for generating new business leads.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Role Purpose
The Telemarketing & Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients for the company’s Fire & Security and Commercial Solar PV services.
The role involves researching and establishing prospect data from external sources, undertaking structured email and telephone campaigns, and securing qualified meetings for the business development team.
The role is split approximately 50% Fire & Security services and 50% Commercial Solar PV opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Data Development
* Identify and source potential business clients using external databases, online research, industry directories, and networking platforms.
* Build and maintain accurate prospect lists within the company CRM system.
* Verify contact details including key decision makers such as Directors, Facilities Managers, Energy Managers, and Estates Managers.
* Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients
* Conduct targeted email and telephone outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
* Introduce the company’s Fire & Security and Solar PV solutions.
* Qualify opportunities and identify potential project or service requirements.
* Develop early-stage relationships with prospective clients.
Meeting & Appointment Generation
* Secure qualified Teams or in-person meetings for the Business Development team.
* Work towards a target of at least one qualified meeting per week.
* Ensure all meetings are properly briefed and supported with relevant information.
CRM & Activity Management
* Log all prospecting activity including calls, emails, responses, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
* Maintain clear and structured follow-up processes for all prospects.
* Ensure all lead data remains accurate, organised, and up to date.
* Develop an understanding of the company’s service offerings including:
* CCTV
* Access control
* Commercial Solar PV solutions
* Monitor potential opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Performance Indicators
* Development of high-quality prospect data
* Consistent outbound activity levels
* Accuracy and completeness of CRM records
* Conversion of initial conversations into sales opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Confidence engaging with senior business contacts

* Experience in B2B telemarketing or lead generation
* Knowledge of Fire & Security or Solar PV industries
