Location: Remote-based with learner observations in the Northwest
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) or Part-time hours considered
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus
As a Personal Tutor, you will plan and deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and learning experiences, keeping the learners and employers in mind, adapting your delivery through a variety of methods to suit their needs, and providing feedback to continue to deliver an outstanding experience to all.
Responsibilities
* Motivate and encourage learners to progress and achieve their Early Years qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning.
* Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent high levels of service in line with our core values to shape your tomorrow, today.
* Support the learning process through the use of accessible learning resources, Elevate workshops, and facilitating workplace on the job training as required.
* Plan engaging, interactive and inspiring teaching and learning sessions through a variety of methods, ensuring active learning is present and recorded.
* Provide impactful and constructive feedback where required, ensuring all documentation is completely accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Assessor Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
* Qualifications in Early Years/Childcare or Teaching Assistant Level 3.
* Occupational Competency: Extensive experience within the Early Years sector or as a teaching assistant.
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Familiarity with End-Point Assessments (EPA).
* Ability to manage own caseload.
* Access to a car and able to travel to conduct learner observations.
