1. Provide CM support and advice to soldiers, including Reserve and Regular personnel, across all capbadges. 2. Contribute to unit manpower planning and manage the Unit Establishment Table. 3. Manage and coordinate soldier MS, promotions and assignments. 4. Act as focal point for APC and external staff branches for soldier manning, CM, MS and Pers matters. 5. Organise and manage all grading and appointment boards on behalf of the CO. 6. Act as focal point for soldier professional and personal development. 7. Act as focal point for retention. 8. Maintain standards of soldier MS through education, guidance and supervision. 9. Support the CoC deputising for the Adjt where required.
