Role Requirements: Lead technical workstreams such as integration, reporting, or data migration across major ERP transformation projects.
Support business development activities, bringing fresh ideas and well-thought-out solutions to client challenges.
Define and deliver overall technical solutions, ensuring quality in design, build, and execution.
Oversee project delivery aspects including release management, system design, and technical governance.
Manage and mentor a team of technical resources, driving successful outcomes on client engagements.
Skills & Experience: Proven track record as an Oracle ERP Manager, with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP full lifecycle implementations.
Deep expertise in at least one technical workstream: integrations (OIC), extensions (VBCS/PCS), data migration, or enterprise reporting.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycles and the differences between cloud and on-premise solutions.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way.
Experience in leading teams and managing delivery within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
