About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a domiciliary care service. You will work closely with the branch owners to grow the service, treating it as your own, with a focus on achieving Outstanding quality standards. The role involves:
* Ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective
* Communicating with service users and their families in a dignified, person-centred manner
* Contributing to strategic planning and development
* Actively seeking new customers to expand the service
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing a domiciliary care branch
* Proven ability to grow a domiciliary care service through increased care hours
* Strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and professionals
* Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* At least 3 years managerial experience in domiciliary care
* Full driving license
