Conduct assessments and recommend certification decisions (issue, re-issue, withdrawal) in line with the company policies, delivering clear reports and actionable feedback to clients.
Add value to client organisations by evaluating systems/processes, providing commercially aware insights, and maintaining high professional standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting satisfaction, retention, and business development opportunities.
Lead and support assessment teams, coach colleagues, and contribute to team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Manage workload, maintain accurate records, and uphold professional qualifications while supporting internal processes and service delivery excellence. Auditor
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Strong industry expertise and understanding of business operations to accurately interpret management system standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, impactful messages to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to produce high-quality reports, manage administrative tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and a consultative approach to building client relationships.
Strong understanding of EIDAS/ETSI standards.
Minimum 12 months Trust services experience
