Role Criteria:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff. Due to the rural locations, it is preferred that the successful Support Workers hold a UK driving license.
The successful Support Workers will focus on Person-Centred Care, prioritizing the service user's independence and preferences. You will support them in the community, attending clubs, activities, appointments, and more.
We need to cover various shifts: 07:30-15:00 and 15:00-22:30.
