Qualifications
* Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment, including motors, sensors, drives, and control panels.
* Experience with PLCs, automation, and control systems, with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
* Proficiency in planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and root‑cause analysis in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in industrial or food manufacturing settings.
* Relevant electrical engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent) and appropriate electrical certification or authorization.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across shifts.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under time pressure.
* Previous experience in food, FMCG, or process manufacturing is beneficial; experience with continuous improvement or lean methodologies is an advantage.
