Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + £10,000 - £15,000 bonus
Benefits: Pension & 25 days annual leave, £5000 car allowance

The role of the Business Development Manager Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve:
Business Development Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders.
Achieving new business sales targets by building and managing a strong, right-sized pipeline
Proactively generating new opportunities through structured prospecting and face-to-face appointments
Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to on boarding and order handover
Maximising customer spend through value-based selling, upsell/cross-sell, and collaboration with Key Account Managers
Act as a trusted product expert and brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and continuous self-improvement
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Plumbing & Heating Systems with:
Must have 2+ years experience in business development or a similar sales role
Must have experience within a underfloor heating systems and/or experience selling into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, with good commercial and numerical awareness
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), personable, professional, and articulate
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and teamwork skills
