Transformational Change Consultant (Engineering)
We are looking for experienced Transformational Change Consultants with a strong engineering mindset to support a large-scale transformation across a global technology organisation.
This role is focused on improving engineering practices, influencing ways of working, and driving continuous improvement across complex, distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive improvements in engineering practices and standards
2. Influence engineering teams to adopt better ways of working
3. Support capability uplift, including skills and development initiatives
4. Embed continuous improvement within engineering environments
5. Engage and influence senior technical stakeholders
Key Requirements
6. Strong background in software engineering or technical environments
7. Proven experience delivering change or transformation in engineering teams
8. Solid understanding of modern engineering practices ( DevOps, CI/CD)
9. Ability to operate in large, complex organisations
10. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
