Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join their healthcare organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role supports a period of transformation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, partnering with operational teams, and driving process improvement initiatives. What will you be doing as the Finance Manager: * Month-End Close: Lead the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. * Reconciliation Activities: Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards. * Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making. * Accounts Payable Oversight: Support the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Systems & Reporting Tools: * Use Sage 50 for financial operations and reporting. * Leverage modern BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial analysis. * Process Improvement: Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
