The Role: Branch Manager : Fire Safety Specialist

Salary: A GBP 60,000 to A GBP 75,000 DOE + Bens
My client is a leading name in Property Services and they are growing at pace across the UK. To support their continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager : Fire Specialist to take the helm of their Bristol branch. Youll lead a skilled team delivering FRA led contracts: passive fire controls, compliance, fire door installation projects etc.: driving efficiency, safety, and excellence every step of the way.
What Youll Be Doing
* Ensure safe working environments across all contracts, aligned with fire safety and H and S standards
* Collaborate on mobilisation plans, procurement, and project timelines
* Manage and motivate both in-house operatives and subcontractors
* Deliver customer promises with service, quality, and reliability
* Oversee resource planning, inspections, compliance systems and processes, and productivity systems
* Recruit, mentor, and develop site-based staff : from apprentices to supervisors
* Act as a key link between operational delivery and senior leadership
* Uphold best practices in passive fire protection and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
* SMSTS and IOSH qualifications (essential)
* IFE Certification in Passive Fire Protection
* NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate
* Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, passive fire compliance, and Fire Safety Legislation
* Experience delivering FRA led contracts, Fire Stopping, and Fire Door Projects
* Clear communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative management style
* Project management capabilities including budget control, timelines, and procurement
* Solid commercial understanding and cost‑awareness
* Full UK driving licence
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ L6 in Construction Management or HNC in Construction
