HR Advisor
on a
full time
basis for a
6 month fixed term contract
for our industry leading client based in
Wakefield.
This role will focus on employee relations, managing the full employee lifecycle and some recruitment support, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fantastic HR team, this is a new role to support the growth of the business:

As a HR Advisor, your day to day will include:
* Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
* Managing all areas of the employee lifecycle
* Providing support to management teams on Employee Relations cases
* Supporting with the management of short and long-term absences
* Supporting with project work as and when required
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to during the onboarding process
* Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
A solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment and onboarding
