We are currently expanding our dynamic Client Servicing Team at our modern Hull and East Yorkshire operational hub. We are seeking ambitious, resilient, and eager-to-learn Business Development Associates who are driven by uncapped earning potential and the desire to thrive in a high-energy, supportive corporate environment. Prior experience in the industry or in sales is not required but desirable - full initial and ongoing training is provided.
The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will not be tasked with dispensing financial advice; rather, you will utilise your exceptional communication skills to manage high volumes of inquiries, qualify leads, and set appointments for our advisory network. Commission is earned by setting appointments, not from dealing with any sale of products.
* Inbound Lead Enquiries: Receiving and expertly managing warm inbound inquiries generated from our highly successful social media and digital advertising channels.
* High-Volume Outbound Engagement: Proactively executing a high volume of daily outbound calls to a meticulously provided pipeline of prospective leads to maximise conversion opportunities with a daily stream of new leads coming through.
* Consultative Appointment Setting: Utilising active listening and professional communication to understand client requirements and successfully set appointments with our network of Level 4 qualified Wealth Managers.
* Pipeline Management: Ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately, compliantly, and recorded accurately utilising our internal CRM systems to maintain pristine data hygiene.

* Exceptional Earning Potential: A competitive basic salary paired with a market-leading, highly competitive commission model. Realistic and achievable Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £45,000 - £65,000.

Key Skills Required
* Strong inter-personal skills in any industry and a willingness to learn.
* Competent with basic IT skills on M365 Products.
* Experience in inbound or outbound telephone calls.
* Understanding of basic CRM use.
* Self starting and highly motivated attitude
* Ability to thrive and work well within a team in a high paced environment
* Telesales experience in any industry
* Knowledge of the financial markets and personal finance products (ISA\'s, Pensions, Bonds)
* Understanding of the UK tax system
* Experience working within the wealth management/banking/financial planning/ sector
