Job summary – What to expect: As the Packaging Operator L3 of our Packaging Department, you will working as a Trainer and an Operator. You will be trained on 2 or more processes and work as designated Trainers for the area Monitoring compliance and cooperation with Training Coordinator Pick and pack contact lenses Meet production performance targets Meet quality standards Operate machinery safely Shipping customer orders Recording data Training Operators in daily tasks A full job description is available upon request. About you: We are looking for someone who has experience working in the packaging department with a keen interest to move into a Trainer role.
