Join us at Tiger Hall, a warm and welcoming three-bedroom children’s home tucked away in a peaceful village, surrounded by fresh country air and local wildlife. Our young residents are full of energy and enthusiasm — they love football, skateparks, swimming, and zipping around on their scooters. We’re looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
* Provide high-quality care and emotional support in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting.
* Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
* Work within a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with long shifts (8am–11pm) and sleep-in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
💸 What You’ll Earn
* Annual salary: £39,592 (based on £15.95/hour and 8 sleep-ins per month; dependent on qualifications).
* Enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for extra shifts.

🎯 What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
* At least 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
* Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).
