My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner at relatively short notice for a fixed term contract of 9-12 months, based in West Yorkshire, near Halifax.
As a key member of the HR Business Partnering team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across the Business in a generalist capacity, to deliver the people strategy and support transformational change. You’ll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, organisational design, and leadership development, while also managing and developing a talented HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the annual people and organisational plan.
2. Leading on complex ER, TUPE, and change management programmes.
3. Coaching and developing line managers and HR team members.
4. Using HR metrics and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
5. Collaborating with L&D and Talent teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
6. Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
7. An experienced HR Generalist with experience in a senior HR role, including a true business partnering approach.
8. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
9. Proven employee relations experience including TUPE.
10. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
11. Culture change experience.
12. Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR.
