Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We're looking for a Carpenter with experience in repairing and fitting Fire Doors to join our team!!!
A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering London and surrounding areas.

As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

If you're a reliable, experienced Carpenter with skills in fitting and repairing Fire Doors and other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you. It is essential that you have experience in fitting intumescent strips and seals, hardwood lipping, adjusting or installing door closers and adjusting gaps.
