Offer description

1. In-depth knowledge and understanding of MS Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other related
2. SAP production systems and user maintenance
3. Printers and printing troubleshooting experience
4. Windows 10/11 application support
5. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Experience of providing IT support using remote desktop
8. Experience of, and ability to work independently in a rotational shift pattern.
9. Incident management and administration using ITSM suites such as ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, FreshService, Zendesk etc
