Based at their Plymouth business hub, this role focuses on driving parts sales performance, developing the team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop the Parts team to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and oversee operational processes.
* Build strong relationships with customers and team members to support a positive trading culture.
* Review management accounts, identify variances, and propose improvement actions.
* Ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
* Implement effective annual marketing and business growth strategies.
