Voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for a Full Time Front Office Receptionist to join our award-winning team in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests! Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgows city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. As a Front Office Receptionist, your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city, and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members. We are looking for someone who has Availability to work full time 40hrs per week including weekends. Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial. Confident working on hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus. An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys showcasing your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid-back stay.
