Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to documents. Support onboarding processes by preparing workstations and assisting new hires with initial paperwork. Collaborate with facilities management to ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in an office support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
