The Opportunity:

As the team leader, you will be the key figure in our production area. Your main goal is to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) results by managing work orders carefully and eliminating arrears. You will be the first to identify and resolve problems, ensuring all aspects of production meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead your team to deliver production plans by ensuring sufficient labour and materials are available. You will be the main contact for manufacturing specifications and quality checks, maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Manage your team’s daily activities.
* Identify and address training needs within your team.
* Use your knowledge of 5S and problem-solving tools to improve processes continuously.
* Represent the company at customer sites when required.

Candidate Essentials:

* Experience in a team leader role within manufacturing.
* Knowledge of 5S principles and implementation.
* Basic PC skills.

Desirable:

* Experience with problem-solving tools such as 8D.
* Background in bonding, metal machining, mechanical assembly, or similar processes.
* Familiarity with quality management systems.
* Completion of training courses like "Train the Trainer".
