We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Supervisor you will oversee the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated FM maintenance services. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for: * Leading a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services. * Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets. * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively. * Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance. To be successful in this Electrical Supervisor role, you must have: * Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend. * Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices. * Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude and eye for detail. * Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.
