The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a stunning, high-volume, upmarket restaurant, overseeing all aspects of daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You’ll inspire, lead, and develop your team to deliver excellence in service, uphold brand standards, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a large front and back-of-house team.
* Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
* Oversee financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
