About The Role
EKFB, a joint venture of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall, is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Milton Keynes office, with regular travel to the Aylesbury site office.
As an HR Coordinator you will support the HR team across EKFB projects by providing administrative assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, reporting and HR coordination. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, project teams and site managers, delivering HR support to operational teams across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data, supporting recruitment coordination, assisting with onboarding new starters, coordinating employee relations activities, managing HR reporting and data, supporting training coordination, tracking absences, and responding to general HR queries. You will help ensure HR processes are delivered consistently across the project.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Previous HR administration experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with site teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and HR systems.
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
* Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
