You’ll be embedded in client meetings, shaping advice strategies alongside highly qualified advisers, and working on complex, high-value portfolios. * Client-facing, join advisers in meetings, help shape the financial plan, and see the results of your work first-hand
* Complex work, HNW and UHNW clients, often £1m+ portfolios, with interesting technical challenges

Your Package
* £38,000 – £50,000 salary (DOE)
* Quarterly bonus scheme (10%)

Your Role
* Attend and contribute to client meetings
* Prepare detailed, bespoke financial plans and suitability reports
* Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, IHT, and protection
* Collaborate closely with advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ paraplanning experience (report writing essential)
* Diploma-qualified (Chartered support available)
* Confident communicator, comfortable in client meetings
* Technically strong, with an eye for detail and problem-solving
