As an SEN Teacher, the job is to help every student learn in a simple and fun way. You will create a friendly and safe classroom where students feel comfortable and excited to learn. Your support will help students grow in confidence, learn new things, and reach their goals. What You’ll Do Use fun and creative ways to help students learn. Check how well students are doing and give helpful advice. Work with other teachers and staff to support students. Keep up to date with new ways to teach SEN students. Create a classroom where everyone feels safe, respected, and included. Help students learn school subjects and important life skills. What You Need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar. Experience teaching students with special needs is desirable. Good understanding of SEN teaching methods. Clear and friendly communication skills.
