*Job Overview*
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, payroll, preparing reports, and assisting with financial planning.
*Duties*
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices and expenses
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Experience / Qualifications
- Ideally qualified in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years proven experience in financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously
