Role Description

Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in live events, with a particular strength in live audio. The role involves taking on projects from start to finish: planning, quoting, overseeing warehouse preparation, and ensuring smooth delivery on site at the event.

Responsibilities
:
* Take ownership of allocated projects from client brief through to delivery and debrief.
* Specify, plan, and oversee all technical requirements (particularly audio, plus lighting and video where needed).
* Produce budgets, quotes, schedules, and job packs with accuracy.
* Liaise with clients pre-confirmation to shape proposals and manage expectations.
* Book and manage freelancers and suppliers; provide clear instructions and leadership.
* Lead on site: managing crew, troubleshooting, and operating equipment as required.
* Ensure projects deliver healthy profit margins, reporting back on any risks.
* Conduct post-event debriefs to capture improvements.
Requirements
* Solid technical experience in live event audio (speaker systems, mixing desks, wireless equipment)
* Broad working knowledge of lighting and video in events.
* Proven track record in project or production management for live events.
* Live music experience is strongly preferred.
* Hands-on approach: comfortable prepping, loading, rigging, and operating kit.
* Strong organisational and client-facing skills.
* Calm under pressure, problem-solver, and a genuine team player.
Package
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience).
* Extra gig fee available for on-site event days.
* Based in Westerham, Kent.
* Full-time role with a mix of office and on-site work.
