An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and Admissions Manager at St Michael Abbey School. Reporting to the Head of the department and assisting in leading all marketing, communications and admissions across the whole school.
You will have responsibility for developing and implementing the school marketing plan, with the aim of bringing the school’s vision to life and driving pupil numbers through external recruitment and positive retention.
You will use local market knowledge, creativity and a data-driven approach to oversee all advertising and marketing materials, ensuring the consistent presentation of the St Michael brand across a range of channels to support the development of the School’s profile and drive recruitment.
You will have experience of leading a team, managing performance, and driving a high quality customer experience within a premium brand and/or affluent market.

Whilst the majority of the work is in school, and we are not able to offer a formal opportunity for hybrid working in this role, there are occasions where there are opportunities to work flexibly around the needs of the role, and we would welcome open conversations from individuals who are interested.
There will be a requirement to attend and represent the School at events and Open Days which will require some evening and weekend working hours.
