Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and childcare standards. Manage administrative tasks related to the room, including scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management. Requirements: Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a childcare setting (preferred). Strong knowledge of child development and early years education principles.
