A modern, high-automation manufacturing site is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team. This state-of-the-art facility operates using advanced machinery and automated systems, meaning the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will have the latest kit at their disposal.

The Role
The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer position involves a mix of planned and reactive work using a CMMS system, supporting production output and carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and root cause analysis, as well as responding to both mechanical and electrical breakdowns. The environment is fast-paced, modern and technically varied, offering exposure to complex automated kit. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll handle electrical schematics, mechanical components and undertake root cause analysis to keep production running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, forces or similar
• Comfortable working across mechanical and electrical tasks
• Ability to read electrical schematics and carry out multiskilled fault finding
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Keen to develop, upskill and progress long-term
