A leading industrial business is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading HSEQ strategy, driving compliance, maintaining management systems, and embedding a positive safety culture across a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead the company's HSEQ strategy across all operational activities * Drive a proactive culture of safety, quality and compliance * Ensure compliance with legislation, permits and industry standards * Provide HSEQ guidance to managers, employees and senior stakeholders * Promote behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives * Monitor operational activities to ensure safe working practices * Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions * Lead investigations into incidents, accidents and near misses * Develop initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce risk * Maintain and continuously improve ISO-certified management systems * Lead internal and external audits * Review and develop HSEQ policies, procedures and documentation * Manage certifications, accreditations and compliance schemes * Lead the company's training and competency strategy * Develop and maintain training matrices and competency frameworks * Coordinate internal and external training programmes * Support managers and employe...
