Job title: Hydrocarbon accountant advisor Location: Aberdeen Length: 2 months Available for both full or part time work Critical Responsibilities: • Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally prudent manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HSEQ procedures • Accurate and timely reporting of production data to meet commercial and internal and external obligations Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities: • Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence Level: • Management of entry of data required for allocations in the Hydrocarbon Management System (HMS) for all operated and non-operated assets • Daily statement reporting (gas and liquids) • Weekly, Monthly reporting • Monthly allocation and reconciliation, provide results for verification • Verify volumes content of transportation and processing tariff invoices in accordance with the relevant commercial agreement, report any inconsistencies • Identify and report on routine issues arising from discrepancies in data arising from current or historical data issues, report any inconsistencies.
