The Role
*
* Installation, servicing and maintenance of electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control)
* Deliver a professional and customer‑focused service at all times
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
* Plan and manage your workload to maximise efficiency
* Complete accurate service and maintenance reports
* Identify system improvements and compliance issues
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
* Work collaboratively with wider teams and support functions
* Aim to resolve issues on first visit wherever possible
What You'll Need
*
* Proven experience working with security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control)
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
* Comfortable using digital job management systems
* Good understanding of health & safety requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Full UK driving licence
