We're looking for an Investment Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of our clients' diverse investment portfolios, working closely with consultants, client relationship managers (CRMs), and technical specialists to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
What you'll do administer and process non-standard investment transactions and reviews
maintain accurate records and data on client investment portfolios
support annual investment reviews and due diligence processes
liaise with clients, consultants, and CRMs on investment queries and updates
assist with investment committee preparation and documentation
process investment applications, transfers, and ongoing administration
ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
support data management projects and system improvements
What we're looking for
Experience and requirements
2+ years' experience in administration or financial services operations
knowledge of pensions, SIPPs, or investment products(preferred)
strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
experience working with investment data and client records
understanding of basic regulatory requirements (FCA/HMRC awareness helpful)
Skills and attributes
excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management
team player who enjoys collaborative working across departments
professional approach with discretion when handling client information
