The school specializes in digital innovation, technological transformation, international trade, leadership, organizational psychology, and sustainability. Located in Surrey, close to Guildford and London, it offers undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and PhD programmes, with strong links to business partners and technology firms.
We seek to appoint a Lecturer in Accounting (Teaching Track) to join the Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be innovative, student-focused, and capable of designing an innovative curriculum in management accounting, financial accounting, and business maths. Experience in teaching, professional education, or industry is desirable. There will be opportunities for engagement in business and executive education.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to teach and develop courses with contemporary content, fostering a positive student experience. Evidence of teaching effectiveness, such as MEQ scores, is preferred. Passion for accounting, whether through research, consulting, student projects, or inspiring teaching methods, is essential. The candidate should be prepared to contribute to programme development and student engagement.
