About the role
About
As our Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and helping them get around and enjoy our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents, learning their likes, dislikes, and needs. Here are some key responsibilities:
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
* Remain alert to our residents' physical and mental well-being at all times.
* Help maintain high standards by ensuring our residents' home is always clean and safe.
