School Chef Manager NEEDED- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS NEEDED
Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency are looking for a Chef Manager to work with one of our education clients.
We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who have experience in managing small and large teams within primary schools.
Term time hours will be 8.30am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
Rate is £15 per hour equating to an annual salary of £16,087.50.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training
* Cooking and preparing nutritious meals for up to 200+ students and teachers
* implementing menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
* Liaising with school staff
* Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
* Managing and ordering stock
* Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner
You Will need:
* Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
* RTW in UK
* 2x Employment References
* 2 years’ minimum work experience in similar environment as a Senior Chef
* Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
* Free meals when on site
* Uniform provided
* Pension
