You’ll be joining a community that believes in nurturing the whole child—academically, emotionally, and socially. The school takes a personalised approach to learning, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and a real love of learning.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a setting that values inclusion, wellbeing, and growth.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to diverse needs and abilities
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
* Track progress, give clear feedback, and adapt learning plans as needed
* Promote safeguarding and uphold the school’s values in everything you do
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in a relevant subject area
* Experience or interest in working with pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, adaptable teaching style and commitment to inclusive practice
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply — this is a supportive environment where you’ll be guided, not judged.
Why You’ll Love It Here
* A school ethos rooted in kindness, respect, and holistic development
* Excellent CPD and professional growth opportunities
* Access to wellbeing programmes, including yoga and retreats
* Teacher pension scheme and staff perks (O2 discounts, Specsavers vouchers, NUS/CSSC membership)
* Cycle-to-work scheme and a strong staff wellbeing culture
