Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities.
* Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher.
* Address children's personal needs and offer pastoral care.
* Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being.
* Provide individual or small group support to children.
Your Qualifications:
* Experience working with children is essential.
* A strong passion for education is required.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
* Enhanced DBS (assistance available).
* Effective behaviour management skills.
