Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Kington for a Clinical Lead. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for managing clinical operations, supervising the healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care to residents, developing care plans, mentoring and training staff, monitoring patient outcomes, and staying updated with medical protocols and best practices. The Clinical Lead will also engage in effective communication with residents, families, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse.
