* PersonaldeliveryofphysicalandmentalsupporttoServiceUsers
* MonitoringandmaintenanceofsafeguardingtherightsanddignityofeachServiceUser
* RoutineassessmentandcommunicationofServiceUserdevelopmenttointerestedstakeholders
* EffectivecontrolofServiceUserfinancialsandhousebudgets
* FosteringofapositiveenvironmentinwhichServiceUsersandstaffactivelyengage
* Establishingandensuringregularconductofopenandtransparenttwo-waycommunicationwithServiceUsersandstaff
* Maintainingthecleanliness,quality,securityandsafetyofeachhomeandindividualserviceuseraccommodation
* Provisionofmanagementandsupervisiontosubordinatestaff
* Respondtoemergenciesandprovideguidanceandsupporttosubordinatestaff
* Activelyengaginginperformanceanddisciplinemanagementtomaximisestaffperformanceandassurecompliancewithcompanyprocedures
* Conductingofstafftrainingneedsanalysisandtheco-ordinationanddeliveryoftrainingtomaximisestaffcompetence

Qualifications:Thefollowingqualification,skillsandexperiencearerequiredforthisrole:
* PreferenceforRMNgrade3/4andNVQLevel3orequivalentinHealthandSocialCarewithaminimumoftwoyearsexperienceofcare-workingwithinasupportedlivingenvironment.AndworkingtowardsQCF/NVQLevel4LMA.
* Stronglivingskillsthatcanbetransferredtoserviceusersi.e.alldailylivingskillsetc.
* CompetenceintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandInternetapplications
* StrongEnglishspoken,listeningandwrittencommunicationskills
* FulldrivinglicenceanduseofowncarforgeneralbusinessuseandtosupportServiceUsers
