Student Retention Officer
We are hiring for a Student Retention Officer to support learners by strengthening engagement, removing barriers to learning, and ensuring a positive academic experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships, resolving issues proactively, and improving student success outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students through in-person and multi-channel communication.
* Identify barriers to learning and create tailored support plans to help students stay on track.
* Develop a solid understanding of faculty regulations and available support services.
* Support operational data collection and contribute to improving KPIs.
* Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and student success.
What You Bring:
* Degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced operational or customer-focused role.
* Strong communication skills across phone, written, and face-to-face interactions.
* Ability to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency with digital tools, Excel, and data/CRM systems.
* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to student outcomes.
